Expected Shipping Times & Costs

All orders placed in New Zealand will be shipped by our NZ distributor Good Buzz.

Orders placed before 10am will be picked up by our delivery courier partner Post-Haste that day, Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 10am Friday will be sent on the Monday courier.

Depending where you are placed in the country, will affect how long it takes to get to you. Our intention is that it is with you within 48 hours of it leaving Good Buzz HQ in Tauranga.

Sometimes things can go wrong and delivery is a little longer than expected. You should receive a tracking number once your order leaves us to help but if you need our help please get in touch!

Returns

If for whatever reason, you don't love your bobby order, don't worry – we've got your back!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kiaora@drinkbobby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
