Express Shipping delivery timeframes are based off your location to our warehouse in Melbourne.
Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 7-14 business days.
Domestic:
Standard Shipping (2-7 days) available for $20 AUD
Express Shipping (1-4 days) available for $25 AUD.
Orders over $50 AUD receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
International Orders
(7-14 days) available for $100 AUD.
Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday and all orders received before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day*.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.

Where is bobby made?
bobby is made right here in Melbourne, Australia.
What are prebiotics?
Prebiotics are a type of dietary fibre that feed the good bacteria in your gut.
Every bobby contains a premium prebiotic called Sunfiber® - a nice little bonus inside every can. Sneaky.
Is bobby gluten-free and vegan?

How do bobby subscriptions work?
Choose your bobby, pick how often you want it delivered, and get 15% off + free delivery every time. You can skip, pause or manage your subscription whenever you need. There's a minimum of 2 orders before cancelling.
Why does bobby have a small amount of sugar?
Because flavour comes first around here.
Our drinks are 97–98% sugar-free and contain less than 44 calories per can. We purposefully use a tiny amount of sugar because it helps us get the flavour exactly where we want it.
There are plenty of people fighting the war on sugar. We’re happy to sit this one out and stick with the everything-in-moderation approach.
Do any of your drinks contain caffeine?
Nope! None of the bobby range contain caffeine (even our Cola).
Does bobby need to be kept in the fridge?
You can keep bobby under your bed, in the cupboard, at Grandma’s or in the fridge - doesn’t bother us and won’t change the flavour.
bobby is an ambient product with an 18-month shelf life, so there’s no need to refrigerate it.
That said, we highly recommend serving it chilled for that ice-cold goodness 🥤😎
Can I drink bobby if I am pregnant?
bobby is caffeine free, but as always during pregnancy, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional if you have any questions about specific ingredients.
