We’ve never been too interested in doing things the usual way, so teaming up to make our very first hard ginger beer felt pretty on brand.
We’ve spent the last 12 months brewing, tasting, tweaking and tasting again — tough job, but someone had to do it.
The end result? A proper gingery kick, a little natural sweetness and a dangerously clean finish. Low sugar, big flavour and barely any cals. All the good stuff, none of the carry on.
Naturally, we couldn’t just quietly put it out into the world, so we threw a tasting party for some of our favourite Brissy people and gave it the send-off it deserved.
